Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Manager Procurement is to ensure smooth, transparent, and timely procurement of goods, civil works, and consultant services according to World Bank (WB) guidelines and Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules.
Securing Manager Procurement Jobs in LGCD Punjab means you will take a leading role in the development of ToRs (Terms of Reference) for hiring consultants and consulting firms. You will be actively involved in assisting the Director of Procurement and Contracts by providing technical, operational, and administrative support. Furthermore, your duties include coordinating with consultants and contractors regarding the Letter of Award, Performance Security, Purchase Orders, and the renewal or termination of contracts. You will also manage pre-bid meetings, bid openings, negotiations, and the complete bid evaluation process.
